its a riddle.
to solve the first part simply overemphasize the beat using extremely large claps of the hand or stomps of the feet or maybe both, doesnt matter just overemphasize it alot, really get into it
the second part, is to think ahead and guide it, let the words move u and u move it, guiding it.
